Seeking a house on the internet seems like a task that can be exciting at first but soon becomes discouraging because there are many different sources of house listings, so it's easy for a user to miss something. That’s why we built such a platform as Palmetto Park. It focuses on integrating local databases to provide a clear picture of available homes and properties in the market

Mission
Palmetto Park’s goal is to create a convenient platform for both real estate agents and their clients. A CRM system helps agents search and process house buyers, analyze data using dashboards and send automated notifications. For users the application provides advanced tools to get the most complete and structured information about the property they are interested in and solve most issues online

Our calculator automatically adapts for each object on the site and determines a monthly payment on a loan
Integration with AI search engine
The use of Algolia Search technology has improved the speed of searching for properties
Search by location
We added a map to visualize property listings and provide users a convenient property search by location
House tour booking system
Due to this booking system, clients can assign the day and time of meeting with an agent
